Pittsburgh Police Officer facing bribery, assault charges
Authorities announced Thursday the arrest of a Pittsburgh police officer amidst an investigation.
Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper said Adam Skwerers is accused of official oppression, criminal coercion, bribery and indecent assault.
Skwerers, a five-year veteran of the force, has been suspended without pay and an investigation is ongoing, Harper said.
